Quality Control

QC/Technical Support We have a quality control system with staff who have management and corporate experience. In all, we have 5 technologists and a 41-member QC team. They all took training courses and have practical production experience. Our factory has strict production standards and only qualified products can be transferred to the finished products workshop. QC Staff 40 to 49 knitting machine Cutting machine Materials/Components Materials sourced from the domestic Chinese market. We also have our own fabric factory with a monthly capacity is 2,000 tons. Procedures/testing Details 1) Fabric management: the documentary operator inspects the quality and weight of the raw cloth at random according to the plan. After shaping the raw cloth, they double check it. 2) Production procedures: After confirming orders, the technologists write a detailed production schedule and send it to the QC and production departments. 3) Semi-finished products: we have QC staff on the assembly line to ensure details such as sewing, printing, embroidery and beading. 4)After finishing: During packaging, the QC department inspects every finished product.
